day 1 - south beach diet

for breakfast, i had wholegrain oatmeal, half cup with half tablespoon chocolate powder, unsweetened, and about half teaspoon of honey. i love this for breakfast.

around 11 am, i did my daily yoga, which lasted about an hour. after that i made monggo. when the girls got home from school, i got out for my afternoon walk. i did a round in the neighborhood before heading off to foodtown.

in between meals, i had colby cheese, about two slices and a tablespoon of peanut butter, unsweetened. dinner was monggo, one bowl.

good for day one.
