dips and sweet-spots

all good, time to write. I slouch. I like that genre, 80s movie, somewhat early around hughes era. I cant remember the name exactly--sixteen candles, molly ringwald et al, breakfast club.

John hughes.

It's like a growth spurt. He was good for a while, but how come it did not last? It's to get you going moving in this direction. To start exploring this genre then build up from there. No expectations or insistence on the outcome. Simply be. Having the experience. And then you pick up the energy frequency. And that's what you're using.

This here is insistence. When you get upset like that during a match, you are out of frequency. But when you simply put it in your awareness, you are positive about it. You learn. You are using the energy in a positive way.

That's the point. That's what you do here. I am in this and it seems to be going through that slump. I've been here lotsa times before. I quit. Maybe this is what's happening now. So you just observe. Trust the synchronicity.

It shifts, but you get something out of it. That's a great shot there. Stay in that energy. Yesterday was good. I beat that guy from last time. It's not the score, but i was able to bring it even. We were down 2. I made it back to that. He started sending it to the old lady.

I see weakness in the game. It doesnt mean i can will beat that, but that it's more an invitation opportunity to process have the experience in tweaking the skill. That's the point. Now you see it. This is where i'm headed.

And it is a learning experience anyway. You learn something. I may have lost but it wasnt me all the way. If i had someone like me covering the other side, it'd be a different story. So now you have three in the team. You just need one more and you are set.

There you go. She just made it back three points. She was down 3 love. Now it's just one point away. You stay in that frequency. And then things open up for you. If you dont win--so what. Did you get something out of it. That's the point.

I have improved so much since last year. I may show losses in my utr, but it doesnt give you the full story. I am more confident with playing one. I may have lost, but if i played four or three, the outcome story is different. Not outcome, but story.

And i build on this. The next time we play that team, the story would be different again. Watching editing all these videos help a lot. I have the experience in playing these matches. It's the energy. And so you gain something out of it. That's the point.

That's what i intend to have with the channel. It's not for everyone. It's for that one percent that loves doubles tennis and understands that they are not as fast so women's doubles tennis is the way to go.

It's in a slump right now. It's the hoshina dip. Just grind it through. Make it one percent better grinding away. That's the point here. And this thing, you get how this is. Trust the timing. You will be because you already are.

Ok. These are good insights. You have this working for you anyway. Trust the timing on this one. Again, she has expectations insistence on the outcome. Just be. Play your best. That's the point. And then you will never lose.

You just got better. Playing your best then becomes a habit. And it builds up. You come up the ranks because the score is no longer bagels. You make it close. You come up the ranks because the score is different. That's the point.

Now you have something to work with. Go forth in this direction. Have the experience. Trust the timing. This is good for me because i love the way you get that sound when sweet-spot. Now you know. Trust the timing.
