I tried getting into japanese again but the magic isnt there anymore. I might circle back around to it but the cuisine i intend to learn is not related to it. I am going into chinese then. Not for work but because the cooking is into chinese cuisine. Let's get cracking.
I'll check out woks in the chinese shops near wairau tomorrow. Do i bring the car? Can i park them at paknsave then have a stroll going there. I can do that. It's easy to wash them no need for soap unless it was really dirty. You just clean with water and scrub then put into high heat. You can use salt as well. Then you are upgrading your skills this way.
