Do we have such structures around here? I dont see them. Maybe i can test that when i'm there. But that pier is too urbanized. Fish might be too spooked to come close on there, specially more so pelagics. Lagoon pier has more anglers on them.
Yes and they sit on the part where you have the gutters. You can throw from the beach. You have better lures now with sweet spot. You can throw them to where you need to. But wehn it's late, that could be an issue.
