into twenty gigs

i be changing some definitions. Now that i rides again, i am clearing negatives into my awareness. I be doing more of the positives. This is for ten years. Exciting times ahead. But then again a lot is about to change. As it is, plenty in the conversation and this is a reflection of the times we are in. How am i riding this wave? I am doing the instruction manual. At times it's not perfect, but then again this is part of integration. It's all in my awareness. It's lined up. No need to insist on the outcome. Being in this frequency is left well enough alone. I dont have to preach but making them videos is fun. I can work with that more. It's not simply hitting the record button and wander off this way and that...rambling on about any and all subject. There be videos that way. You are telling a story. That people see this story unpacked is what they seek fill that void. It is the different perspective. Gout's back. I had some no-no's in my food yesterday and the day before. I get that now. It's time to integrate. I allow this in my life. I got something out of this. It's time i moved on. How is it this way? I forgot but it's in there. I have feedback reflection. Things are different now so much so i get the contrast. I use this in my life. This is energy i can use to shift. No need to preach. I can have coffee or take a nap and have coffee later. Coffee now be good. It is sunday. I can miss the quest tomorrow but i have four days to continue on with that. I dont have to go do twenty in a day. Five a day is good enough. I can extend expand accelerate into twenty gigs but we'll see how it goes. It's gotta be fun for me to use up all that energy. There's the signal right there. Soon as it turns the tide, you go on to it. You can do so on the ice-line. If when it's on the ice-line it is more accurate? Is she not going out? I dont know. I use up the energy this way. Trust the timing on this. I feel sluggish. Allow this to be here. I dont have to push things. Trust the timing. There is the delta variant. This could be keeping me from getting the unknowns. Let it dry off in the sun. Soon as the energy is lined up you are good to go and you accelerate into this equation. It's all here and now. You can trade in the meantime. There is non-farm payroll coming up. The market has been sideways all this time. You get where this is going. Is it going to test bulls? It seems like it, but not quite. Momentum is with the bears. Sterling is trading around 1400. How to trade this. That could be a double top and price is testing the shoulders now. How do you know which way. We have one more day on that support. If you have breakout, you see bears are in control. This is stronger dollar. How to trade this? Ride the wave. See price action and where is the next one. You can see that take it out in that way. You get that. I be doing more of that. It's not that i'm losing time. That's a definition an illusion. It can go that way but there be seventies still out there bike touring. Why not me? I see the contrast. I get what's out of alignment. Things are different now. Line up with that energy and you have manifest reality. In the meantime, this gets me the base training i be using to build up into that momentum. You see how it is all connected. Do you need another one? I dont know. Perhaps, maybe. If when it lines up anyway and it's fun, why not. But for now, i have everything i need at this moment. I trust the timing. This got me to look inside see how things are doing. I use this to be in alignment. No need to preach. Is that tyre pump? Does it have to be that big? You dont have to sprint all the way through. Maybe it's time to stop and shoot some videos while you are there. This is all connected. You got this. It's time to move on.
