it's not that they are grumpy, but that they dont know better. They are disconnected. But this is contrast...this is feedback. I got something out of it. Now it's not that same river anymore.
This is why you integrate...how you integrate. You see the contrast, the neg but use it to learn more about who you are. This is the way. Now you can move on take on new energy, or stay with this and use up the energy. Either way, you sit. You make yourself comfortable with this.
I like orienteering. It gets me where i be going. It's like that moral compass. I dont think you need a spiritual compass. You already have that inner thing. It's connection. It's resonance. It's kinda like a compass but something else.
That aligns with your own true north in this way. I can bring the compass with me. This way i get to use it. Then you get know how to use one when you go out. Where to put this. I can put this in my wallet or pocket.
I can get me a map but did not find one there. I dont need sydney maps because i am not going to use one soon. I prefer the victoria maps but it's nowhere to be found around here. I can instead get the amazon basket. These i be using soon.
The tent go with the axe anyway. Not sure about that but survival situation, i have the poncho and walking poles. I be getting lanyard instead to use with it. But you get the idea. It is going with a glam camper itinerary. Now you know.

I went to bed early. The new habit is shower, drink, nap. Then i continue on with the day. That's the point here. Now there is awareness. You got going to get you to this point. Now the perspective is different.
You got something from the experience. It's being negative myself. Now you know. Let's get going. It's like a soup of negativity. And you go there to observe paradox. Aha. This has served me. How to use it here then. I can download this and see how it works out.
