Where to find red boat fish sauce? Maybe get yourself going in this direction? It takes a year to ferment good fish sauce. Where do you put them into? You'll find a way. Start one bucket, do one year. Soon as you use it, do another batch.
In the process, you build something with it. How to find good fish? You can use different fish. You can use good umami fish. You can experiment with different kinds. But you need space for this one i guess.
