am i obsessesed about this game? You bet. It's who i am. HOw do you unpack that. I play tennis pretty much everyday--whenever and whoever invites me over, i play.
If the other is better or a beginner, it doesnt matter. I get out hit balls with them. If i lose i learned something. If i win, htat's a bonus. I still learned something but i see the reflection of my effort. Fruits of my effort?
It can be that. But it is more insistence or expectation on the outcome. I hit balls because i like how a good hit sounds like on my racquet. I spell it that way because racket could mean like a gig or something temporary.
Racquet is a tool of the trade. It's a tool for a craftsman. Maybe this is what i'm doing, crafting points. Aha. That's interesting. Getting the racquet to connect hit the ball a certain way to get that pop. And when you hear that pop during a match, that's reward enough for me.
Like those. That guy played well before i did, but look at where his serve is right now. There are other players look at where their shots are. Maybe i'm obsessed and have time for this so mine is different. But that's what obsessed is about. You make time for your craft.
It's not about hard work. You can go out there and work from nine to five like millions of people do. But when you are obsessed about it, every hour you put in is an investment. Every day you make it a point to come out of it better...even if it's just one percent better--that's what i'm here for.
And i put this obsession on my channel. It's how i create videos. This is what i do now. Maybe do a compilation of doubles matches for these players. Different ones for different opponents. See you got an insight there.
People want to see how others play. That's the point to it. You can create these and show how this one is different than the other. Publish one video everyday. That's the point. That's the outcome for the day. That's the habit i'm building on here.
Then i market the library in this way. Maybe come out with specials every week. That is something worth doing. Then you have thousands each week, each month. And it's passive. And it scales up and down with leverage.
You then come out with a book. You explain the bio-mechanics of the game. HOw you can leverage skills with the geometry of the court. Mental toughness and game. You can talk about these things.
It's not that you make it happen. It's that you quiet the mind and let training shine through. That's what you are doing here. You do not rely on the motivation. Quiet the mind. Let your training take care of it for you. The higher mind is there guiding but it is quiet in there. You just be.
HOw do you get that out there. You see so much out there and see how this is. There you go. Now you have more in the list. Finish this one then add more to the equation.
