That song has grown too cheesy for me. I pass on that but that other video looked cool and how'd it get up there. Not really sure. I'm leaning towards wordpress but might go for either node or plain php without frameworks. It's too much load for wordpress but most of the clients i'll work with run on wordpress and multiples of that.
I dont know what comes next. They have webmaster to fix those but i only points out the vuln spots. Depends on the extent of service they prefer then that's the limitations where i go. It happened in my watch. Imagine that. A lot of things in here. San juan was part of that history. And that was the transformation phase. I see that now.
